The Purple Pie Man is a classic Strawberry Shortcake villain all the way back form the 80s and was reintroduced to Strawberry land in 2006, and now he is back, now in Berry Bitty City! He was first seen in IDW comics, including the one given out for Free Comic Book Day, and had an on screen appearance in 2018. He is Raisin Cane's dad. He is an antagonist but just less sinister. He wants to beat Strawberry to any kind of catering event and outcook her, so his business can do well.

He looks a lot like he did in the 80s, but younger and with black hair. His mustache is thicker than before and he has his hair in a man bun. He wears a red shirt, jeans, and an apron with suspenders.
